粉煤灰研究所翟冠杰老师参加美国粉煤灰协会2016夏季会议

　 　 应美国粉煤灰协会执行主席Toms.Adam先生邀请，中国循环经济协会粉煤灰专业委员会副会长、德州学院粉煤灰研究所所长翟冠杰副教授一行于美国东部时间2016年6月7－9日，参加了美国粉煤灰协会（ACAA）在美国印第安纳波利斯市Hyatt Regency酒店主持召开的2016ACAA夏季会议。

　　会议重点讨论了美国EPA的环保法规政策、美国建筑业经济预测、美国电力环保和美国粉煤灰综合利用方向，重点报告题目如下：
